I won't attempt to speak for Leatherneck_MT but he appeared to be asserting that it is ok to forcibly resist a judge's edict to "deprive the helpless of their Lives".
Am I correct in understanding that you disagree with that position? Am I also correct in perceiving that you believe his comments represent some kind of threat? Thanks in advance.

When the helpless are being deprived of their lives, you're damned right resistance by force is acceptable.
World War II may not have been as horrible as it was nor as many Jews killed as there were had that been the case in Nazi Germany.
