George HW and Barbara called Jeb "the smart one". The Bush family figured Jeb would be president someday. Not George.

One thing is for sure. Jeb Bush will never be president.

Earlier someone posted that Jeb was not running again. So? What did he have to lose? Unless he has his eye on the presidency someday.

No real man would allow this woman to be murdered. It's time like this when people show what they are really made of. From what I have seen of Jeb Bush he's not someone I'd follow anywhere.

When Americans dumped tea into the Boston harbor it was illegal. When the founders met and then declared that American was independent THAT was against British law. When Rosa Parks sat in the front of the bus it was against the law. Etc, etc.

Humanity and decency and doing the right thing is more important than some laws.

Cool,

I agree with you to the following extent, Jeb should not have gone to Greer to ask for permission to act under a controlling statute, he should have just acted. I also agree that he does not seem to be presidential timber.
Where I disagree is that the Bushs, right now, are not trying to save Terri-
At end point, if they do save Terri, then not only do they save Terri, but they save their governing majority. If they don't, I don't think Jeb has any political future, and I think GWB's legacy will be tainted.
But, before final judgment, we'll have to see how it plays out.

You are, of course, posting this on your laptop while showing support in the crowd in front of the hospice...
