So the FL legislature passes some silly legislation. Then some third rate county probate court judge and dog-catcher (Greer) declares it unconstitutional and they wrangle until the whole thing is moot. Hopefully, it won't be silly law. It will deal with people who don't have living wills, and where there is a dispute as to the next of kin. If it's well crafted, its constitutionality should not be in question.
The problem withe the Federal Emergency Legislation was that it was poorly crafted, and gave the federal courts a way to slip around it.
