Maybe we have to review our 3-way power system. It seems that Judiciary has more power than the other two combined.

I remember when I was a kid in the 1970's in school (I'll be 39 in July), we talked about the three branches of government where the legislative and executive branches make and enforce the law respectifully while the judicial interprets the law. The judicial was said to be the weakest of the three meaning they were not in the loop on making or enforcing laws. Even then, the judiciary has overstepped its bounds but it hasn't been so blantant as it is now. Dating myself again, I remember the old "Schoolhouse Rock" short about it where they compared government to a "three ring circus" (which is very close to the truth) but with this overpowering judiciary, we are now a one ring circus.

Yes it is
If the GOP can do one thing: They need to start investigating this trend towards judicial tyranny and have hearings about this.
