The parents of Terri Schiavo/Schindler just made an impassioned appeal to Florida Governor Jeb Bush to save their dying daughter. Mrs. Schiavo was obviously tired and spoke in a restrained manner, but her husband, Robert, although looking terribly fatigued, used very strong language and placed much of the blame for his daughter's seven days of "torture" directly on Jeb Bush, blaming him for the inaction that is letting Terri be murdered by a "tyrannical" judiciary.
Mr.Schindler says that the Governor has the power to end their ordeal with a "stroke of the pen" and if he had courage he would do it.
In order to enter hospice a person must have a terminal condition with a life expectancy of six months or less. At least that is the way it is in CA. Terri had neither condition.
That's right. She's been there for the last five years, without much care or therapy - just waiting to die.
Furthermore:
"The Hospice of The Florida Suncoast" has kept this information largely out of the public eye, but an investigation of the Hospice's annual reports reveals a new twist in the case of Terri Schiavo: George J. Felos was the official but unseen hand of the Hospice - and he advocates death for those in his care. Neither George Felos nor "The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast" have openly disclosed the facts of Terri Schiavo's case to Terri's many advocates - that from February 13, 1997 until at least April 26, 2001, George J. Felos was listed as a member or recent member of the Board of Directors for "The Hospice of The Florida Suncoast" on the non-profit's annual reports. LINK
And:
On May 7, 2004 only one day after the ruling Judge Greer received a campaign gift from the law firm of Michael Schiavos attorney. LINK
Look for a connection to SCIENTOLOGY. If you look, you'll find it.
I remembered something about Scientology in all of this. Would you point me in the right direction to more information please?
*HE DON'T AND HE WON'T*
That's low.
#50, I agree with you.
Judge Greer: Friends With Scientology Attorneys From Way Back
"I would like to share a quote and a picture that "Ptsc" posted on the soc.rights.human forum:Indeed, Greer is a long-time crony of various Scientology lawyers.
His bias is no surprise picture of him from years ago.
Left to right: Chief Judge David A. Demers, Tim Johnson, Probate Judge George Greer, John Blakely, Bruce Bokor, and then Wally Pope. Wally Pope was (at times) listed as Scientology's lead counsel in various parts of the Lisa McPherson-related cases. Blakely and Bokor are or were both partners in the law firm Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel, & Burns, which often represents Scientology."
SHAME ON YOU!!!
This country is KILLING HIS DAUGHTER and you expect him to be nice??????
LORD, PLEASE HELP THIS PERSON, HE/SHE/IT DEFINITELY NEEDS IT!
Thanks.
You're welcome.
Can someone give me the very condensed version of the Lisa McPherson story?
I saw the death pics. I don't know the circumstances.
I am not that familiar with scientology.
What exactly do they believe?
I am aware that it's big in Hollywood, but that's all I really know about it.
I take it they don't believe in God?
A mindset is a terrible thing to waste.
A quotation taken out of context is a pretext. The pleadings were proving that she is forbidden by her Roman Catholic faith to take her own life in this manner or any other manner, and thus she would never uttered any such thing to M.S. intimating that such a course of action was her wish.
Cordially,
If we had rulers with real principles, they would simply have the doctors involved arrested for attempted murder and take custody of Terry to give her into the hands of her parents.
Instead, we are ruled by cowards who hide behind the black robes to avoid putting their alleged principles into action.
We don't need endless lawsuits. We need one Sheriff or one Governor with enough principle to order those deputized with his police powers to save the life of another human.
It is common knowledge in Clearwater. They walk around like moonies and one of them gave me the one finger salute. Another came to the Hospice, had the look of an alien in her eyes.
Clearwater is a center of these people, who also tend to wear sort of uniforms like the characters in an old James Coburn movie, like "Our Man Flint".
St. Petersburg Times is close to the Courthouse, but now is giving a fairly decent coverage. Amazing.
Scientology is a cult based on a bunch of psycho mumbo jumbo created by Ron Hubbard. Hubbard was a disciple of the black magician Aleister Crowley. It is bizarre. You'd have to read it to be shocked as to how any thinking person could believe such lunacy. I don't know if they do occult rituals behind closed doors. I wouldn't doubt it.
A far cry from our Catholic/Christian faith I take it?
