I believe his ruling was that no one could remove her from the hospice or he/she/they would be in contempt of court -- his ruling. So everyone backed off.
This county court judge has Florida's entire governmental structure under his thumb, and also Congress and POTUS, with the federal judiciary, up to SCOTUS, circling the wagons to uphold his rulings. [sarcasm] Where's the recent SCOTUS' new philosophy to take other nations' court philosophies into account? [end sarcasm]. Quite a few of them lean more decisively toward preservation of life than what's being inflicted on innocent, defenseless Terri.
