Check THIS out!
Judge Greers decision on credibility of Diane Meyer
March 9, 2005:
Her applicable testimony regarding the conversations about Karen Ann Quinlan was in the present tense. Since the subject was the removal of life support that occurred in the 1970s, her testimony that the conversations occurred in 1982 was not credible. The fact that Karen Ann Quinlan did not die until 1985 does not change the impact of her testimony. Moreover, although the witness appeared credible at first, as her testimony progressed, it became clear to the court that she was not an unbiased witness as now argued by Mr. Gibbs. Also, as noted in the February 11, 2000 Order, the witness lost credibility due to her regaining memory between her deposition and trial.
"Do you not agree that the cabal of judges has indeed taken over? A county court judge has quashed a congressional subpoena, and a federal district court judge has ignored an act of congress."
Get Real! No I don't think a cabal of judges has taken over and I think you are being overly melodramatic. They are following the law. This is the way the system works if they were doing as you say, George would be on TV calling them the Axis of Evil and calling for their arrest
No, we won't. We have no leaders, only politicians. And the judges will be coming for your guns shortly.
That statement is so stupid it makes me laugh. Just look what we have been doing since 9/11. The judges certainly have not overuled George Bush from using the military haven't they. The reason they can't is because the President can tell them to pound sand. Those are his powers. What we did in Iraq took statesmenship and leadership. Contemplate that. I'm bitterly disappointed about what is happening to Terri Schiavo but you have to turn that into positive action and get involved. The power of the $ and negative publicity work well. Get on your representatives ass and if they do not do what's right work actively to replace them. We do it well here in VA.
What is a Qui Tam action?
If they are unwilling to take the action required to save Terri, they will not bring the guilty parties to Justice now or later!
Witnessing this has been one of the MOST frustrating experiences I have ever encountered.
EVIL SUCCEEDS WHEN GOOD MEN DON'T DO ENOUGH!
======-
If a little baby crawled out into a busy highway and sat in
the middle of the road, I'm quite sure that Governor Bush
would risk a jaywalking ticket to rush into the street and
save the child even if the Don't Walk sign was flashing !!!
Terri is an innocent and helpless child right now. Therefore, she
desparately needs someone to bravely risk arrest for jaywalking
to save her life from that evil mob of monsters who are blatantly
attempting to murder her ... in plain view of the entire world !!!
Jaywalk NOW Jeb !!!
I just called Jeb Bush's office and finally got someone there to take me seriously.
I told them about this information (see my previous post). I told them what the allegations were in detail. I told them that this info was spreading like wildfire all over the internet. Then, I told them that it could be very embarrassing for Jeb Bush if Terri died and he had done nothing in light of this emerging evidence that is now becoming common knowledge.
The young man who answered the phone took this seriously enough to ask me where I was calling from and he asked for the name of the website. I gave him the URL to the original website where I found the allegations and told him that I'd seen it posted on many other sites as well including Free Republic.
Unlike the tired sighs and patronizing consolations I'd heard other times I'd called asking them to save Terri, this time the person I spoke to seemed urgent and concerned about these allegations that are now going around the net.
It's probably too late to call Jeb's office now, but if there are others with clout or in the media that this info can be forwarded to, maybe it will help Terri.
And another thing. Don't worry so much about Greer "the Queer". That pompous windbag's days are numbered. Just watch for the misfortunes that are about befall him. You will know there is a God in heaven who rules.
I just love that kind of talk.
"Excuse me for being a little bit disillusioned. In the last nine years we've handed over both houses of the state legislature, plus the governorship to Republicans (not to mention congressional seats and the presidency). Yet all of these new "replacements" are impotent in the face of the judiciary."
Had the Senate voted with the House you wouldn't have the problem you have. Did your Senator tow the line if not let them have it and get actively involved in replacing them. We had a RINO Senator here in VA who sold out on tax issue and we rose up aginst him and kicked him out of the party and then voted him out of office and replaced him with someone who does the job right.
"I'm not worried so much about him as I am the rest of the judiciary which refused to break ranks and come down on him, going so far as to quash legislation intended to rein him in. When an entire branch of government moves in unison, evil is on the march."
God is thorough and who are they next to Him? If He intends to make a change in our system which people have been praying to change which I believe He is then He is gonna show people what they have to go up against. He empowers those who follow Him rightly to utterly destroy their enemies. Witness the destruction of the Iraqi insurgency in the past few weeks.
> it became clear to the court that she was not an unbiased witness
But a husband with an unending list of conflicts of interest adverse to the ward's interests is an unbiased witness (per JINO Greer)?
As I have posted many times, JINO (Florida's unelected governor) Greer has bent, folded, spindled and mutilated Florida law to provide cover for the rulings and orders he wants to issue. There is a huge, sordid background of personal and financial connections, fraud, conflict of interest, etc. history swirling around Terri's tragic situation. I suggest this site for an excellent investigative report that lays out much of what's been going on behind the scenes:

He never promises that there would be no hardship or struggle but He empowers those who follow Him rightly to utterly destroy their enemies. God helps those who help themselves.
For what is worth, Andrew Jackson was also a territorial governor of Florida for a short period.
No baby! He empowers, gives favor, gives blessing and uses His divine providence to accomplish His purposes. When men follow Him rightly He leads them as invdividuals and as nations. We have a problem here and He is using this to show His people where our enemies are. Now we go after them and show them no mercy.
And NONE of them will ever be brought to Justice. It would expose too many corrupt ties to the Governor's office.
