As I understand it, Judge Greer through out the subpoenas because the said they were irrelevant.

(I didn't think a state judge could do that; but pardon me,
I guess judges have unlimited power; even though the Congress met in extraordinary session, and the President flew back
to sign the law they enacted, THIS MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!)

Let's save some money and abolish Congress; only 9 lawyers decide what our laws are anyway.

Lord High Judge Greer has ruled the subpeonas unenforcable. He is above the power of Congress.

IMHO, our STATE LEGISLATURE is to blame here, they could have passed a law that THE STATE OF FLORIDA wants to err on the side of life. In cases where (a LIVING WILL IS NOT PESENT) and a spouse has abandoned their role as spouse, another family member (who is willing to err on the side of life) will be granted custody their child. This would cover the SCHIAVO case, and any future cases like it. UNFORTUNATELY the Florida Senate (9 RINOS)

Florida State Senate - 9 Rino's to REMEMBER

failed to act, and that is the issue. I believe the courts are correct in the LEGAL sense, and the FLORIDA LEGISLATURE is to blame for FAILING to give the courts a leg to stand on.

If Terri was still alive Monday, could she be taken out of Judge Greer's jurisdiction by federal authorities to comply with the congressional order to testify?

I wish that I thought that she had that much time absent sustenance.

I am not a lawyer, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt. But to comply with the subpoena, I believe that she would have to leave Florida no later than sometime on Sunday evening. No one is making arrangements for her to go, although some sharp staff lawyers should be -- and warning Judge Greer about obstruction, a felony -- in my humble opinion.

And Greers puppetmaster, Felos, says the subpoenas were bogus. I do hope congress apologized for being such a pest.

What this shows is that both Bushes actually believe in Judicial Supremacy. GWB talks about "judges legislating from the bench," but notice that the ONLY remedy he has ever talked about is putting the RIGHT KIND of judges on the bench. The judges GWB wants on the bench would STILL BE TYRANTS, just GOOD tyrants (supposedly) rather than BAD, LIBERAL tyrants.

The fact is, that both Governor Bush and President Bush have ample LEGAL authority to go in a save Terri from murder. It is ILLEGAL under both Florida and Federal law for ANYONE to kill Terri in the manner she is being killed.

But the LAW doesn't matter to either the President or the Governor. The mere word of a judge counts for everything.

It should be recognized that NEITHER of the Bushes is obeying the LAW. Both of them are following a convention--the total supremacy of the judiciary--that has NO BASIS in actual law.

Whilst the Master of Puppets, George Soros, dances a jig on the body of a dying woman. Why wasn't I surprised to find that Agenda 21 ghoul behind all of this. Grandpa Dave, FReeper extrordinaire, turned the connection.

I don't think the subpoenas are valid, anymore. Greer didn't want to be bothered with such trivia. He's very busy killing a woman.

Perhaps after she is dead, he'll have time to see what the heck congress wanted.

I have no idea why tampering with a federal witness by KILLING them is not illegal.
