If they do Judge Greer should be a co-defendant.
Greer has judicial immunity, even if they do sue him. The only defendant they'll end up with is Michael Schiavo. And they'll probably lose. And they'll sue him again and again, if nothing else but to sustain the perpetual litigation.
I would like to see mike sue some of the wacko zealot pro-life groups for delfamation of character.
