That's their decision and theirs alone to make. They should not be influenced by outsiders. They've been through enough. I'm concerned about Mr. Schindler. He health must have taken a terrible beating.
Nothing in their lives prepared them for what they've had to deal with in the years when they should be having some peace in between the normal blows life gives everyone.
Some will say they brought it on themselves and question their motives. BS. Whatever their motives are, they have fought harder for their daughter in an unprecedented, prolonged manner.
GW is allowing illegals and Mexicans to come into our country to work and build up our economy and tax funds, especially social security because since 1960 the socialist left has been killing millions of unborn, who if alive to day, would be working and paying into the social security system and it would not be almost bankrupt.
"don't all of us conservatives have to be Christian? "
To be in favor of less federal gov't, less gov't spending, lower taxes, and more personal responsibility, one has to be a Christian?
Political conservatism has nothing to do with religion.
Thanks for clearing that up.
So your God isn't all powerful?
The State is the murderer. Sue the State.
Vegence is mine saith the Lord ~~ I will repay.
And that, He will.
What's an autopsy going to show?
*******
I'm not sure because I'm not a doctor, but what if it did show something. With all the forensics they have available...well, it's worth a shot.
So you're okay with illegals flooding ER rooms in hospitals and watering down our kids education?
Wow you must really love GWB to be that blinded by the realities.
" But I'm not baming bames."
LOL! Hey - politics makes strange bedfellows, as the saying goes.
Dr, You've been watching to much CI
there is no autopsy for a hospice patient .
a hospice patient have to terminal patient.
the body is to be cremated . ends the threat of lawsuits for everyone involved.
Good luck with that. Sovereign Immunity prevents the state from being sued except where they explicity grant permission.
Dr, You've been watching to much CI
*******
Very funny. I'm getting off this thread. Sounds to me like you are against Terri instead of for her. And no, I'm not a Dr. and I use to watch CI, but don't watch anything on CBS anymore.
Of course I do.
And my god is all powerful.
Sounds like yours isn't.
That's why you think Terri's suffering isn't part of God's plan.
For some crazy reason you think God is in such little control that Michael has done something against God's will.
God is all powerful. So God's in charge.
But you keep forgetting that. This is God's will...
Why? Because he's all powerful.
"GW is allowing illegals and Mexicans to come into our country to work and build up our economy and tax funds,"
Except that this isn't happening. These illegals aren't on any payrolls and are sending their money back to mama-cita in Tijuana.
Plus, who knows how many Islime terrorists are using this same method of entry into our country? This, IMO, is Bush's worst part of his presidency to date - the complete and utter failure to even attempt to seal that border and its consequences could be extremely deadly in the near future.
I'll say this - if some Muslime does wander across the Rio Grande and commit some 9-11-scaled terrorist event, we will not be able to blame Clintax, but Bush alone.
If the Schindlers think their anger towards Michael Schiavo and others will be assuaged by filing a wrongful death suit, they're sadly mistaken. They'll only become more angry. If they're using the courts to punish and destroy him, they'll never get satisfaction. However, because their lives for so many years has been spent in the courts battling him, they don't have any other way to live. This is their normal.
I believe Jeb Bush acted in Terri's best; however, there is the issue where he communicated in writing with the Thomas Moore Law Institute in Oct. 2003 and he was advised to take action then of the alleged abuse against the facility and Michael. He was told it was well within his power, and he was obligated to do so, but he never did anything then. This, I am afraid, could come back to haunt him if a suit is pursued against the judge, etal.
