After much conversation yesterday on Terri Schiavo, I was wondering what you thought about what's next.
When their daughter passes away, should Terri Schiavo's parents file a wrongful death civil lawsuit against Michael Schiavo?
Like Rush always says "Follow the money trail"
Hey Ilivebush2,
Do you love Bush when he supports illegal aliens rights to invade our country?
Do you support Bush when he sides with Mexico over USA?
I hope you're a free thinker and not too connected to the party that you've lost all ability to come to rational decisions on your own.
Which one are you?
No - what has happened is wrong. Is this any less important than the Goldman's suing OJ? The Goldman's won.
I've said all along this would have played quite differently to a jury. The problem has been that Greer has made all the decisions - not jurors.
Quote: Mike , his lawyer , and the judge had this whole
arrangement worked out years ago.
I missed this in my Conspiracy 101 class yesterday. Can I borrow your notes??
Up to 67% saying he should pay.
I think he should pay, too. But I think his debt cannot be paid in mere money.
Lets talk about faith!
If you're a faithful, meaning you believe in GOD, wouldn't Terri's position be God's work?
Will do what, sue for wrongful death. I would if I were them. If the kids of Robert Blake's late wife can sue even though he was found "Not guilty" in a court of law then certainly the Schindler's would and should do so.
You see they seem like parent's who won't let go.
Parents shouldn't "let go" of a child who has some chance at life.
They're the types that won't be able to move on with their lives.
The parents feel the need to vindicate their daughter against what Terri's "husband" and his mistress have done to her, which is to kill her. We don't starve animals or death row inmates to death yet that is exactly what is happening to this woman. They should sue and they should win.
Yes.
Was this post about baiting people on other issues?
We are talking about the murder of a defenseless woman...not illegal aliens, etc.
If I wanted to talk about illegal aliens, I would find a thread about that.
I think everyone should now press Governor Bush for an autopsy if she indeed dies. There has to be some way for him to get it done.
Fan_of_I is a newbie. Probably from DU.
Well you're a conservative and don't all of us conservatives have to be Christian?
Isn't that what many here think?
Yes, I think they will if they can gather up the strength after this 15 year battle with Michael, and I believe they should.
If they implicate the judge, then they will have to implicate the attorney general, Felos, (the attorney) the nursing home, the hospice where Terri is now at for Medicaid Fraud (because you have to be terminally ill to legally be admitted into a Hospice program, and Terri is not nor was she ever terminally ill, Jeb Bush and anyone else who covered up evidence or didn't act in a timely manner to save Terri. This could turn out to be quite a scandal for the state of Florida executive officials if they pursue it.
Jeb Bush and anyone else who covered up evidence or didn't act in a timely manner to save Terri.
*****
Jeb Bush did nothing wrong. He did everything in his power to save her.
What's an autopsy going to show? That she has broken bones?
What would broken bones show?
That she was laying in bed for 15 years?
It wouldn't prove that Michael hurt her. People who are in bed for a long time get bones that are so weak they can't sustain their own weight.
So even changing Terri's sheets can cause a bone to snap.
In "this" case, yes.
