Judges beyond the trial court (that may not be the right name, but I mean the initial filing court) can only look at the evidence accepted into evidence by the trial judge. If he/she did not admit it, it can't be reviewed.

All those accusations have been fully presented into evidence over & over.

There is no merit to any of them.

You think all those judges don't know about MS and a girlfriend w/children?

Give me a freakin' break.
