I was going to start a post with "I haven't fallen since..." but I don't want to tempt fate.
LOL...I use to take a tumble about once a year. Every time I fell, I would think, OK, that's out of the way for a while, and I'd feel a whole lot more confident:)
Now it looks like it's about once every 2 years. I won't have to worry about it happening at TX.
Hey, but falls are just part of it. I really think with the amount of riding I do, I'm probably pretty average with the amount of times I come off. It's going to happen, IMO, and you just need to have the mind set when it does, it's not going to get to you. Of course, I do everything I can to keep it from happening, and was working hard yesterday, to get back in the saddle. I really think if he hadn't of tried to make the second barrel turn, I might have saved myself. Centrifical force is hard to overcome especially when your center of gravity is off. I've been wondering how much my doing weight lifting is what helped me hang on as long as I did.
