Kristy's friend who I told you about that breeds horses, and had lost 2 foals this year, lost another one AND the mare today:(
They have only gotten one live one out of 4, so far. They have 2 more to go.

Oh my heavens - does she have any idea what is happening? She must have something running through her herd, some kind of infection or something. How horrible this must be for her, emotionally and financially.

They have 2 more to go. Becky, it seems epidemic this year. Do they know what caused it? Is the pasture full of fescue? A lot of people including me are beginging to think it has something to do with the Fort Dodge West Nile vaccine. Any thoughts?
