My cable went out Friday night, (in the middle of "fragging"). I called the company the next day, and they could not send someone until Tuesday! When I checked Saturday afternoon, it was back up. I told them about the car hitting the pole last week and the cable just hanging. Someone must have fixed it, because I had connection Saturday night. I would have went nuts too without it..
