Good morning everyone,
That is just what we intend to do. The cows are all around the spot he go in last night.........must be the scent.
I am so cross, I fear for my kids cause pit bulls are vicious, i fear for my animals, I am mad cause he wasnt chained up.............ealier on one of the neighbours teenagers walked up my road past my drive, we own the only two houses on this road, it doesnt lead anywhere and you NEVER see him just walking past, its a very long way! Well I thought then, he may have been looking for his dog, cause it was loose the other day, well i guess last night proved he didnt find him. What really gets my goat, is I had the kids outside playing and he never said "my pit bull is loose, watch the kids" or nothing....
Grrr. I am glad that the colts are ok.
Thanks for all your concern..........
Do you know what is really sad, what really hurts me the most, is I have some very good friends who farm for a living and have real tight times. I often take a pie etc over there for them, and to say thankyou, my friend brought me some chickens just a couple of weeks ago that she had raised. She was excited, because jacob likes to collect the eggs and they would be green. She was so happy that I was so thrilled and now all are gone. : (
I think I'd set up some kind of bait to draw the dog back tonight and pop him. Mostly because I'd be worried about the kids. Pit bulls are nasty animals.

I'm so sorry about the chickens. The dog obviously kills for the pleasure so he's very dangerous. I hope you get him soon.
