And I think the trail riding crowd would be a very pleasant clientelle... At many boarding stables, your clients are 16 year old girls that show horses, and their sometimes clueless parents ;~D. 20 of those in a barn would make anyone crazy ;~D
I think putting it out by the trails, and also providing nice facilities for the show people, would give me a better mix of clients.
Yeah, neurotic parents can be a pain in the @$$.
