It's just a red "X" for us here.
I can copy your source and paste that into my browser and I can see it.

But the picture doesn't show up on the thread as a hotlink. You can see it because you viewed the page it came from and it's in your cache. From another computer or from the webtv, it'd be an X.
Not all sites are good for hosting pictures. Some turn to red X's immediately, some will only last for a few hits and then poop out. Snapfish, that Becky has used before, works well.
