I have a question. I'm looking at log cabins and see a package price. I figure that isn't foundation but is it turn key or just a frame?
Log cabin packages are mainly just the frame. It should have somewhere on the site, everything that is included in the price. However, we found one recently that included EVERYTHING. You had to do your own dry wall if any and of course plumbing, air and electric but you could either do that yourself or hire a contractor to do it. I will look in my records and freepmail you the details when I have more time, i need to go scrub a pool out right now!
We are very interested in them too, we know that we can do most of the work so that wouldnt be a deterrent, and some of the packages are great prices. I;ll get back in touch with you about this........ : D
