I passed along the affidavit which many of us have seen, presumably by Carla Sauer Iyer. Is it FAKE or real??

My sister, a notary public (not in FL), came back with the following:
"Please do not believe everything you read. This supposed notarized document is not legal…it is missing the county in which the notary resides, along with her name printed, typed or stamped beneath her signature. In addition, there is no record of a Patricia Anderson with that commission number listed with the state of Florida. In other words, like most of the stuff you get via email, IT IS A HOAX designed to get you to believe something that is completely fabricated. I hope you forward this information to the same people to whom you sent the original email."
Forgive my unsureness with posting. I hope I have put things in the right place in this post.
So... I throw open the subject to those more knowledgeable than I - is it fake? One thing I noticed and questioned, even before receiving my sister's e-mail, was the neither the "did/did not" was circled at the end of the document. I found that very strange.

What designation does VCR denote? I've never heard of that. I know what an LSW is, and a CPA, and an LVN.
It stands for Verbatim Court Reporter, a term which I am sure you down in the great state of Texas find 1) unncessary, or 2) affected.
Then the fine legal and law enforcement forces in FL will no doubt catch up with her, the way they have forcefully pursued MS.
And if I were her, I sure would be making an affidavits to the Schindler's attorney and going on television to spout untruths.

I did not know that. I wouldn't call it affected, since you earned it and are therefore entitled to use it. (Whether it's necessary I don't know, not being a court reporter.)

it appears on our pleadings, i have no way to take it off, and it twarn't my idea to put it on there, it is standard format here. thank GOD you won't adopt the title of Doctor or i would make merciless fun of you all day and all night : )

The way I see it, as long as we're not wearing black hose with a white skirt, we're doing better than TONS of people out there!

You know, there are plenty of things that we could mock about everybody we see, but those of us who were raised and/or live in the proper South usually let them slide.

What life support system? a G tube is not an IV. You can put soluble and well crushed medication into it, but insulin would just be digested. You never put insulin into an IV, unless you want instant death.

I have no doubt these are her words. I have questioned whether they were said under oath, and the lack of a circle on the "took an oath" part looked odd. Whatever, I have zero doubt they are lies.
See if you can get the transcript of greta's show last night. Carla was on with Richard Pearse - a video would be even better to show his facial reactions to her utterly unreal claims. the heidi law one was priceless too.

good people can have legitimate problems with what is being done. but connecting ourselves to these liars is already *killing* conservatives credibility.
at least glenn beck is distancing himself. now hannity, rush, and and the others have really got to or they'll be laughing stocks.
last week, Michael's brother was on a radio interview with terri's brother , who was repeating these rumors and concerns over abuse and michaels brother told him when this was over he had better have a good lawyer.

Once I started realizing how many deceptions were being used, it's taken all I have to remain objective. I still want the truth, no matter what. But I also want these people exposed for the liars they are. My worst fear os that Terri isn't pvs, but the drawing in of them killed credibility of her parents case too much. I know it did in the 2002 trial.
At this point, I don't care who is full of bs. I just think what they are doing to a disabled person who is innocent and powerless is wrong.
