yes, and why not? the only holidays that should be observed are ones that are not associated with ANY religion.

that leaves the Political Holidays (President's day, Martin Luther King day, Labor day, Memorial day, etc...if we need more we could have Ronald Regan Day and United States Marine Corps Day, to suggest a few,)

and pagan holidays like Halloween could also be celebrated with time off.

we would also be able to keep New Year's Day

more? i need help here. its too exciting to contemplate.

You should look up the origins of these holidays. They were all based on Religious reasons.

So why aren't you working every Sunday, why are you taking Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving Days off? Why don't you practice what you preach. Bigot!!
