My reason: Carrie sang this years Idol song, "Angels..." first. That means Bo sings it after he wins the title. Could be. If so, it wouldn't be the first time we get a 'winner who will undersell the second-place finisher.'
The judges had been pushing for Bo for weeks. I think they are saying Carrie to give the show a 'shock factor' when they announce Bo. But, I'll still buy her CD.

I couldn't believe it when Simon called the contest tonight for Carrie after pushing for Bo the entire contest.
Maybe Carrie has received far more votes than Bo all along the way?
