My nephew sings a capella, but, I absolutely hated the a capella song Bo did. I found it dry and booooorrriiiinnnggg. again. jmo
I thought Vonzell's first song was particularly crappy.
I think these final three may be established with their styles and may not be so willing to 'change'. As far as I am concerned they haven't improved over the past few weeks. The one that had been improving was sent packing last week.
Everything seems the same type and sound from Bo. Vonzell yells and Carrie just hasn't really impressed me lately. With her I think its song choice and the low notes.
I guess I'm not thrilled with any of their 'styles' or 'total packeage'. They each seem to be lacking something from their package. I've reached the point that I don't care who wins anymore. They all seem to be maintaining their status quo.

I agree with your assessment, Netizen. Anthony should still be in the competition.
Choosing Vonzelle would be giving us a clone of the ear-blasting Fantasia.
Guys like Bo, who have grown up with their parents' rock idols on the radio or stereo 24/7, are a dime a dozen. Bo is a great mimic, but he has no voice, zero personality, and zip originality. Guys like him pass thru my town every Friday night on their "eastern tour". They look alike, sound alike, and party alike.
Carrie is at least different. Her voice is reminiscent of the sultry Peggy Lee (who only septuagenarians will remember). She has a lot of room for growth and polish in her voice and in her performance, but the potential for stardom is there. Her natural beauty and manner are like a breath of fresh air in the current music environment.
IMHO, Carrie should be the next American Idol.
