For all of the talk over the guys outshining the girls this year, it didn't happen this week. The top of my scorecard is female-heavy. Of course, so is the bottom...
- Nadia -- Good overall performance, with some minor technical issues. She doesn't have the best voice, but she does a great job with what she has
- Bo -- Again, a better performer than a vocalist. I thought the singing was a little weak, but an excellent stage performance nonetheless (though someone should mention that the mike does indeed come off the stand)
- Carrie -- Always looks great, nice voice, understands that the right move is to fit the style to herself, not the other way around
- Jessica -- There's something intangible I don't like about her, otherwise she would be higher on my rankings -- solid but not spectacular
- Anthony -- Better song choice, good vocals for the most part, still looks a little uncomfortable up there at times
- Constantine -- Better than the last two weeks, still pales when compared next to Bo, even though he has a slightly better vocal range
- Scott -- too technical tonight: sounded good, looked good, but no emotion in the vocals at all
- Anwar -- I expect much better from him, this was sluggish and "pitchy"... good emoting keeps this from being a total disaster
- Lindsey -- Nothing really wrong with the performance, but nothing right about it either; she looks good but is immediately forgettable
- Vonzell -- I really wanted to like this performance, but the beginning and end were a mess
- Nikko -- Needs to put less energy into the "performance" and more into the vocals; he has potential, but he's not helping himself much
- Mikayla -- Moving from Streisand to Cher this week? Either way, she just isn't up to the standard of this competition

There IS something I like about Mikayla, though. She's just young and her voice needs some maturing. She's a hoot!

Jessica -- There's something intangible I don't like about herShe looks mean. Really mean. Also during the semi finals she hardly clapped for anyone else. That set me off.
I know it's a competition, but she just doesn't seem to fit in with the others.
She looks like a back stabbing b**** to me.

Nice rankings, exactly mine, except I would have switched Carrie with Bo. I thought she did a great job but the judges All panned her...I didn't get it. Bo was too Tom Jones'y for me, he didn't dominate like he has for the entire time he's been there.
And what happened to Anwar, he WAS my first pick going in last night? If he selects anymore boring songs again he'll drop out of my top 5.
I think it's Nadia, Anwar, Bo, Carrie and Jessica's to lose but not necessarily in that order.

I would agree with most of your assessments.
However, there is something about Nadia I just don't like. She's good, but I don't know what it is.
