"In your opinion, who did well, who did poorly?"

If you read through this thread you'll get a pretty good idea of how folks did. My biggest disagreement was with the Judge's over Anthony's performance. I guess that Nadia probably did the best of all. Vonzell chose a really tough song and did well, with every part except the singing, I thought (and hubby agreed, he actually does't have a tin ear like I do) but the Judge's liked it.

Many of them did seem a little stiff. The judge's were saying it is always hard when they move to a new level of competition, last night was the first on a new, more elaborate set, and with a bigger studio audience.

On here Michalah seems the most doomed. We'll know soon enough!

I thought Anthony did well, also. I couldn't believe how the judges ripped him. I normally really hate that song, but he did a really nice rendition of it.

And I just can't figure out who is voting for Mikayla. I also can't figure out why the have been swooning for her up until tonight. I was genuinely surprised when she didn't get more, "You are back, girl!" from the judges. She is constantly doing this bad Streisand/Nanny impression and it's so grating.

That's nice to hear that Federov did well. I think he has a great voice and he's adorable.

I didn't like how Simon ripped him for doing a song (and doing it well) that was of Latin flavor.

Most of the men are very good. The only ones so far that I think are not in the same league are Constantine and Salvo.

The only women that I think are good enough to compete with the guys are Carrie and Nadia. Not that you asked. ;)
