I took the quote from "The Federalist Patriot" newsletter I get, they attributed it to Ben Franklin. You're the second person to question it though, so they may be wrong. If they are I'll change the credit, but I can't find any verification one way or the other. I may just change the tagline and be done with it:) Some ideas...

Actually, it may be a quote that cant be attributed to anybody.
