Try this. First, right-click on "My Computer" and choose "Explore." From there, right-click on your CD-ROM drive and again choose "Explore." Look for autorun.exe or setup.exe. You may find a file with a .msi extension if the others are not found.
Double-click one of these and setup should begin. If it doesn't, you have a bad copy.

did the above and absolutely nothing came up. No files, nothing....
