Good morning!
Home today, so I slept in. Half an hour - yay. Didn't really sleep, though. Too cold. One downside of air mattresses, for sure. I need to get out the sleeping bag.
But now I'm up, dressed, finishing breakfast and coffee...and then to try to finish packing by the end of the day. It'll be a task, fer sure. Tomorrow will be move 'n clean day. Hopefully won't have to do anything on Sunday, but we'll see. Since they haven't yet requested an extension on the closing, I officially have to have the place ready for 'em on Monday.

Since they haven't yet requested an extension on the closing, I officially have to have the place ready for 'em on Monday.EEK! That's right! The scheduled closing date is next Tuesday. How exciting, though for you, unnerving!

heh... me and mrsnad visited muh sis and b-i-l in Chicago one winter... we slept on an air matress in their basement... even with a pile of blankets, we nearly got hypothermia from the cold floor sapping our body heat thru the matress...

May be more like Thursday or Friday...but like I said, they still haven't officially requested an extension. So...who knows?
I plan to be ready, in any case. Going through trashing almost anything that isn't absolutely essential...kinda fun, that.

I did...but closed my eyes as soon as I saw it wasn't kosher...i.e. all flesh. I dunno quite WHAT it was, and I'm thinkin' it's better I don't.
