Jay later apologized and said he had made a mistake in regard to his stance that he could not vote for Bush. Sometimes Jay is wrong, but the best and brightest in the listening audience will call the show and go on the air with him to pull him through it.

I have been lukewarm on Bush at times (e.g., steel tariffs) but all the Democrats are SO MUCH WORSE. (Pardon my shouting.)

Howie can get awfully lame, like when he's completely out of gas and runs a "Who[m] would you like to see nakid in TV segment?" but nowadays that only sends me over to 1150 AM (Hugh Hewitt).

Jay is well spoken, rarely rants and makes a nice first impression. But he's awfully anodyne and it doesn't take long for him to put to sleep.
