As for myself and Mrs. TXBSAFH we have a retirer racing Greyhound named Patti. As sweet lazy 40 mph couch potato, I mean if the dog got any calmer it would involve a taxidermist.
We felt the need for speed.
Currently own 3 cats...but used to have a greyhound named Ryan. Lost him in 2002 to an enlarged heart...I was devastated. He was 7 yo and his name was Ryan. I still think of him every day. God, he was a beautiful dog, brindle and, (just like Patti), the sweetest disposition. When a couple of cats meet their maker, I will be adopting again.
Two weimaraners. He's neurotic, she's hell on wheels. Never a dull moment around here!
A sheltie...
She actually doesn't live with me. Stayed with the folks when I left their house. But I still enjoy our visits.
They are extremely clean. The one big draw back is that they want to be with you ALL the time. If you leave them they have to be in a kennel or crated otherwise they will chew anything and I mean anything up.
Adina died April 29, 2003.
OOOOOOOOO. A perfect post for all you FREEPERPOLICE!!!
Flash that badge with pride!
TAW
One Labrador, one German Shorthair Pointer and one Rat Terrier; all of which appear to be of Egyptian origin as evidenced by the small pyramids they leave about the property.
half yellow lab
half corgy
He's 55 lbs, 16 inches tall and long.
We used to have 2 Boxers. The sweetest dogs I've ever had.
Dead. I lost my lab last year.
A Beagle mixed with something? His name is Andy and he is like our child.
I have a yellow Lab as well, an 11 year old one, female, dark-gold in color, and 85 lbs. She's a big baby, and we love her to pieces.
LQ
a great blue heeler.... although I do question her sanity...she chases after her own foot.
bulldog
Whippet. Black with white feet and a WICKED fast couch potato.
One English Setter that will be 19 years old in April!
Three Shetland Sheepdogs that range in age from 2 to 12. The Shelties actually run the house and everything. They let us live there and pay the bills to avoid problems with the ASPCA. (Not that they couldn't hold done high paying jobs if they felt like it!)
We have a Jack Russel terrorist too.
I don't have one, but the person sitting next to me has a chow-collie mix. No, no dog hair problem there.
