I'm looking for a program to help build a small personnal website for my family, I know nothing about html. So A program that does just about everything for you would be great (and doesn't cost an arm and a leg! ;) Thanks.
If you already have Windows Office you should have Frontpage - which is a WYSIWYG editor (No HTML knowledge needed)
windows office 2000, I don't see frontpage in there.
FrontPage is a seperate product in the 2000 package unless you have the full suite. I would recommend FrontPage or Dreamweaver for noobs.

Check your ISP, they might offer free space and site building tools. Verizon does, and it offers "Trellix" which works pretty well, very easy to use and lots of templates too.

Comes in Windows, Linux and Mac flavors too.

Office 2000, the Word Portion of Office 2000 has a built-in Webpage editor. Easy as using Word itself, just go to the Wizard for New Document and Select the type of page you want and tell it what to name it and where you want it. Replace the text and you have it done.
Another option is to use Mozilla, or Firefox and use the Composer TOOLS at the top. Drag and drop.
