OH MY GOD, I can't believe someone let that poor horse get into such miserable shape. Did you say she's only 2 years old? Is she a mustang?

That poor poor baby. we rescued a horse from the killers that looked a lot like her, though his coat was in better shape and his feet weren't so long. He was a quarter horse, and as soon as he got some food into him, he was a changed man. I'll see if I can find the picture of him to post.
