"International courts have NO jurisdiction over our affairs in my humble opinion! Are we, as a sovereign nation, going to permit an international court to dictate our internal affairs? When did the state of Arizona relinquish this right to the federal government as the 10th Amendment requires?"

They will go to the Hugue because Mexico has had success with the UN courts ruling in their favor in similar cases. However Washington should be viewed powerless to intervene under the authority of the individual states.

The problem with ARizona is that most of those in power are the open borders crowd. They fought this Prop with everything they had. I can't invision them intervening in support.
