Ok...here is my recipe. I did the milk measuring by eye, so I had to figure out that measurement...here it is...

Makes a 1.5lb loaf.

Put 2 tablespoons of oil and just under 300ml of warm milk in the bread pan.

Mix in a bowl:

16oz (weighed) all-purpose flour (about 3 cups)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp salt

Spoon it onto the top of the oil/milk then make a pit and add your yeast. I use a slightly rounded teaspoon of instant yeast. I guess a packet of yeast would do...

you know, that is very similar to my challah recipe. except in that I use 1/3 c. honey instead of sugar.
