*snif*
That's just beautiful.
~sigh~
Back later.
All dogs are dwarves...
Good morning!
I'm not so sure about that. This one's gotta be an elf!
I don't think that is even a dog ;~D
Good morning all! It is so gorgeous outside...I have the doors open and the boys and I are wearing shorts and tee shirts!
Cold front is supposed to come through this afternoon...I'm gonna put off school till later and spend some time outside with the jedis before it hits.
See you later!
More dwarfish characteristics: short, barrel chested. Very hairy. Smells. Fiercly loyal, growls at people he doesn't like. Snores. Very fast over short distances. Kind of a dufuss. Very funny personality.
You had me with ~smells~ ;~D
Good morning!
Work's got me hopping, but I wanted to at least pop in and say hello.
Went to the hospital on Saturday cuz I was having terrible pain in my stomach that lasted over 24 hours. I ended up running away when their backs were turned because the fella who took my blood completely butchered my arm!
My stomach is feeling better now, so I'll wait and see if the pain comes back before going to see a doctor. I will NOT be going back to THAT hospital. I'll go with South Miami hospital next time!
I suspect one of 3 things. Gallstones, ulcer or hiatal hernia. If it's anything serious, the pain should return soon. If not, I'll be glad to have gotten away with nothing more than a very ugly bruise on my left arm.
We have an inch of snow, but none on the roads so I guess I won't have any trouble getting to school.
You had to escape and run out of the hospital?
Oh dear. Ruthy, I hope the pain ~doesn't~ return!
Yikes, Ruthy! Hope you're able to figure it out - IF it returns, and hopefully it doesn't!
Um... are you sure you should have run away? Isn't that sort of a bad thing to do?
Morning Ruthy! Gads... hope its nothing serious.
Maybe eBay has some of those Ronco Home Surgery Kits left. :-)
It was actually quite hilarious, because the butcher-nurse came back with an IV and said the doctor wanted me to have him put it in.
I was terrified and said I didn't want him to put in the IV and to go get someone else. Well, I guess I offended him and he insisted he would do it.
I then pleaded with him to let me go out and have a cigarette before the IV was put in since I'd be chained to the bed after that. He agreed and then he said "Don't run away!".
I nodded and said "Of course not!" I grabbed my purse and sweater and walked calmly to the side exit. Once I was out of that door, I looked around to be sure no one was watching and I took off running to my car. My stomach was killing me, but the thought of having an IV inserted by the butcher-nurse overrode everything else at the time.
Once I got back home, everyone wanted to know what the doctor said. I told them I didn't know because I'd run away and to NOT answer the phone! LOL!
I'm hoping it doesn't come back, Rosie.
But I'm pretty sure there is something going on there. I just don't know what it is.
But as long as it doens't hurt anymore, I'm not worried. :-D
Thanks ecurbh!
I'm paranoid that I'll run into that butcher-nurse somewhere and he'll drag me back! *shudder*
But Ruthy! As funny as the great escape is.... (and it is! :~D) I am very concerned about the pain that brought you there! It went away?
Ha ha.
