Woohoo! Rummy just landed in Mosul!!!
He's issuing some purple hearts. Then will visit with some various Iraqi leaders.
Dammit you just gotta love this dude. :-)
Oh... I know about the balloon thing. :-)
Heh...I first saw Dom as a teenager - or maybe just barely not one - in a mystery series I liked. Took me FOREVER to make the connection when I started seeing previews and screen shots from The Movies, though. I guess the wig threw me for a loop! I know he looked REALLY familiar, but I couldn't figure out why.
Finally figured out he was Jeffrey from Hetty Wainthrop Investigates.
My dad has become an idiotliberal as a result of some mid-age crisis and despises the guy. Tore him up to hear me sing his praises.
He got his revenge though by altering the Dubya on my desktop background to look like Hitler. Grrrrr.....
How childish!
You do, do you? *eyes you suspiciously*
[sigh] These kids today... :-)
Yup. I changed it back to the original one, but now the Hitler one flashes on every time I start up and log off.
Can't figure out how to get rid of it.
Have pin. Will travel. :-)
Don't play innocent with me, sis.
I know good and well that "scary balloons" has ~you~ written ALL over it! :P
*shudder* You wouldn't.
Of course, the 'rats are gonna whine that he's just doing it for attention.
Sounds like he's substituted and renamed the default windows splash with his own pic. Takes a little bit for windows to finish booting and swap the desktop to the user selected pic. that might 'splain how come it only shows at logon and logoff.
Just a guess.
Any way to get rid of it without getting into some crazy escapade?
*yawning* I'm off to bed!
See you in the morning everyone!
Corin - I'm glad you're alright.
I don't remember offhand where the splash screen lives. But I think it's just a jpg that can be replaced with any jpg. I'll look 'round fer it.
Niters! :-)
