Nope, that is plain old growing grass...I saw a guy in the neighborhood getting his lawnmower out this afternoon..
We will probably have to drink, wash and do laundry this summer with beer if we don't get some snow in the mountains soooon...

ROFL!! I know, the perpetual "water shortage routine"!! Actually, in our area the snow pack has not been normal for several years now. We thought a few weeks ago when it was just coming down that this would be good for the water situation. Didn't last!! It's really corny weather.
