Why would they think that Bush is uneducated? (or stupid....it's so uncanny how he then is able to outwit all the Rats...furthermore, the Rats are also always claiming that Bush is 'plotting' things...if he's truly so stupid, how can this dichotomy exist?) : )

I don't think Dubya is undeducated, the Europeans do. He is not a Rhodes Scholar like Clintoon.
The Europeans view him like he were Jed Clampett.
