Did you use it in the service?
I discovered it while working for a denfense contractor during the mid sixties - the AirForce prolly spec'ed it in the contract.
Never have seen it for sale, anywhere.

Unfortunately no.
We had to use WD-40 or breakfree.
We ended up using brake part cleaner and then Hoppes oil to clean and lube things.
