That second fight was fantastic!! I was really glad they awarded the extra contract, he deserved it.


I can't believe Ken Shamrock got beat!! That sucked!

And funny story, my cousin up in Americus, GA does mixed martial arts and he fought a guy up in Macon, I think, that Forest trained . Forest was in the guy's corner yelling "break his [my cousins'] arm!" My cousin talked to Forest a few weeks later about the fight and Forest remembered yelling the "break his arm" line. My cousin was like yeah that was me thanks a lot. They had a good laugh out of it.

I think he got the contract so they can set up a rematch.

I thought Shamrock was going to win that. I can't believe he slipped like that, especially since he almost submitted him already.

LOL at the story. That does not surprise me. I would not want to go toe to toe with Forest(or Stephan for that matter). No glass jaw there.
