Having his DNA is one thing. Do you suppose that the ChiComs could run a search in their database and some up with it? They could buy or steal the info, but wouldnt a CTU agent have their DNA somewhat submerged??? I mean it's not like they are the FBI.

Remember the scene when kiefer in Flatliners would not quit the CPR till the other guy finaly pulled him off, this scene tonight was almost identical.
