It's a fact. They're casting roles for next season and hammering out a storyline with the help of writer Vince Flynn. (And Chloe will be back :)

Nah, I don't think there's anything between Chloe and Jack. Earlier this season, it was hinted that Chloe had a close relationship with the character played by Lucas Haas.
