no, he's just incompentent...Chloe had him pegged from the start...he's just had a few lucky breaks..

.will AF1 see him coming?I don't think AF1 is the target, it's a Bomber, not a fighter Jet.
Why would they try to bomb AF1? (Unless of course it's on the ground.)
