Ouch. I nearly broke my foot(doctor thought it was) one time back while I was a student(severe bruise foot doubled in size, couldn't walk on it). Nothing like hobbling on crutches on MSU's campus during finals week. Couldn't take the painkillers since I had to study. I toughed it out the hard way.
