I've just finished Jared Diamond's "Collapse", the follow up to his Pulitzer Prize winning "Guns, Germs and Steel". I've heard some people say that Diamond is spouting off about the impending downfall of America -- Not at all! While "Collapse" chronicles why societies fail, if anything it vindicates modern American Policy...

Another book on my book shelf needing to be read. Sigh! Is it good? I guess I can bump it up the list.
