I would bet at least half of migraine suffers could drastically reduce the severity of incidences with the proper water and nutrition intake.
My girlfriend suffers from migraines. Drinks iced tea with artificial sweetener by the gallon. Too much caffeine and aspartame, IMHO, but she won't listen.
