Some were surprised by the opulence in some of the toilets. In addition to tile work and marble in some of the toilets, there were sometimes lovely planted areas.


BUGARIA
In Bulgarian visited a 16th century home that was complete with two "indoor" toilets. We couldn't resist taking a picture since it was like none other that we had seen. I think men have more trouble with regular seats because they hang in the bowl...women do not have that trouble!:)

Oh, goodness. That's like having a garden hose in your bathroom and calling it a bidet, for crying out loud.

Just don't digress to whatever those folks use for wipe, please.
