I fully agree about witholding further funding. Annan & Son are but the tip of the iceberg that need to go. In fact, the whole blasted dis-organization probably needs to be put out to pasture.
Not only does Kofi refuse to step down, he won't release the records and books so a proper investigation can occur. The whole place ought to be cordoned off, everybody escorted out of the building and let the searches and forensic recoveries begin.

Kofi Annan makes me want to HURL!! This African jerk doesn't even care that he's STEALING money meant to feed his OWN people that are dying of starvation and AIDS!!
