"Too bad creatures like that can procreate." You got that right. This is certainly the most difficult case I have had. The mom is stump stupid, and so far, I haven't run across any member of the family that shows any evidence of psychological health, although there is no shortage of those that want to be involved. It just breaks my heart dealing with these children and trying to maintain some composure in dealing with these "parents."
