I was pretty proud of that socket. The wrench was just below my eyes in the gutter as we turned out of the parking lot, but that little 5/16th socket was in the gutter across two lanes of traffic!
I said "I think I see a socket!" Steve immediately turned around in a parking lot and then we went into a parking lot closer to it and parked and I described where I saw it and he went and got it. He reached down and got "something" and then held up his thumb! Yippeee!
Yeah, quivers are next, and probably a recurve bow. I think a longbow might be interesting to try too, am working out in my head how to do the D crossection.
I think a bow with a 150 lb pull could shoot one of the atlatl darts, what do you think? Maybe 200? The engineering or physics needed to figure out necessary draw weight ahead of time is a little beyond me.
